pemerintah indonesia

kadang saya berpikir "kenapa kita harus membayar DPR yang tidak pernah datang rapat atau malah tidur saat rapat negara" padahal itu kan tugas mereka.
mereka harus menyelesaikan masalah masalah yang ada di indonesia.
pantas saja masalah indonesia selalu diproses dengan lama atau malah terabaikan begitu saja.
kalau pemerintah indonesia terus begini, apa iya Indonesia akan mengalami kemajuan? meereka memberikan janji adanya pembangunan daerah2 tertinggal, apa iya akan menyelesaikan masalah.
bagaimana kalau mereka malah kesulitan mendapatkan air bersih, atau daereah mereka malah mengalami banjir tahunan seperti jakarta.
pembangunan tidak selamanya baik.
kalau mereka memikirkan saluran air saat pembangunan, kalau tidak yang penduduk daerah tertinggal itu akan mengalami kesulitan.
apakah pemerintah sudah memikirkan konsekuensi nya? saya sama sekali tidak percaya dengan permerintah Indonesia.
tapi ironisnya saya adalah penduduk Indonesia yang tidak bIsa berbuat apa2..

Jaman sekarang sangat banyak orang kaya yang mencari uang dengan cara membangun mall, perumahan, perkantoran, rumah makan, dsb. Dan tentu saja mereka menggunakan jasa arsitek untuk merancang bangunan mereka. Dan terkadang sebagian besar dari mereka hanya mengutamakan keindahan luarnya saja dan sama sekali tidak memikirkan saluran air pembuangan bawah tanah di bawah bangunan mereka. Akirnya? Banjir menjadi bagian dari hidup manusia.
kalau saja mereka memikirkan saluran pembuangan air bawah tanah dari bangunan mereka, kemungkinan terjadinya banjir akan menjadi kecil. Pemerintah juga demikian dengan jalan raya nya. jika mereka menyediakan saluran air yang cukup, maka kemungkinan terjadinya banjir akan semakin kecil. Jika diperhatikan, jalan raya di indonesia kualitasnya sangat rendah karena sering terjadi kerusakan dan lubang. Dan sangat sering juga pemerintah tidak bertindak untuk memperbaiki jalan. Selokan yang di bangun pemerintah juga terkadang terlalu dangkal sehingga ketika turun hujan sangat deras, daerah-daerah tertentu akan banjir.
tidak jarang juga parit-parit yang dangkal itu tersumbat sampah yang dibuang penduduk. Akhirnya Indonesia akan sangat sulit untuk terlepas dari banjir.
Masyarakat Indonesia sendiri tidak punya kesadaran untuk menghentikan banjir. Orang-orang yang tinggal di pinggir sugai biasanya membuang sampah mereka ke sungai. sehingga menyebabkan banjir juga pada akhirnya. Seharusnya pemerintah bisa lebih memperhatikan tempat sampah di sekitar rumah penduduk.
Sampah-sampah yang ada di Indonesia pun sebagian besar adalah plastik yang tidak ramah lingkungan. Plastik yang mendominasi tempat pembuangan sampah biasanya adalah plastik pembungkus makanan. Yang jika dibuang sembarangan apalgi di atas tanah, akan menghalangi air masuk ke dalam tanah, yang pada akhirnya menyebabkan banjir.

jadi.. Banjir sebenarya adalah kesalahan siapa? Pemerintah? Arsitek? Orang kaya? Masyarakat? Produsen makanan kecil? atau salah pemikiran manusia yang tidak mau berubah?

Minggu pagi gw bangun pagi-pagi maw ke greja. Karena masi pagi gw males banget maw mandi. Tapi gw harus. Akhirnya gw bakar semangad gw untuk mandi. Butterfly mimic gene revealed

Distinct wing colours and patterns, such as the blue wings of the common blue and the two dark dots on the yellow wings of the clouded yellow, identify one butterfly species from another. This is true of most butterflies. The mocker swallowtail butterfly, however, comes in multiple forms, each of them with entirely different wing patterns and colours. Some of the patterns mimic those of poisonous species and this gives them a valuable disguise to scare off predators.

Biologists have wanted to know how this happens and since the 1950s have thought there must be a genetic 'switch' that controls which wing pattern is expressed in each individual. Until now, however, the location and identity of the genes involved have remained a mystery.

Finding the genetic code

Professor Alfried Vogler of the Natural History Museum and Imperial College London's Department of Life Sciences and his colleagues, used molecular tags and DNA sequencing to pinpoint the part of the butterfly's genetic code that determines wing pattern and colour.

Their study suggests that a developmental gene called 'invected', which was already known to be involved in the early embryonic development of butterflies, is behind the allocation of different wing patterns in mocker swallowtails.

'We've taken a big step towards identifying exactly how this fascinating insect species is endowed with such a wide variety of extremely useful wing patterns,' says Vogler.

'However, identifying the area of the genome involved in this process is just the first step. We now need to look in more detail at the differences in the invected gene, and another gene located next to it, to find out exactly how they produce the different forms.'

Only the female mimics

The mocker swallowtail, Papilio dardanus, is found in sub-Saharan Africa and has a wingspan of 8.5 -10.5cm. Only females of the species exhibit the wing patterns that mimic other butterflies. All the males are yellow, with black markings and have the typical tails of most swallowtail butterflies.

New light on evolutionary changes

Understanding how these different mimic patterns evolved may shed new light on whether such evolutionary changes occur in small gradual steps, or sudden leaps.

'You could argue that there would be little point in a species which slowly evolved to mimic a poisonous butterfly over the course of generations - the disguise is only useful if full and complete. This could suggest the possibility of sudden leaps in evolution occurring in this species, which would be an incredibly exciting discovery - by studying the changes in gene sequences we will find out if this happened or not.'
